I am an upbeat, friendly, and patient mother of three (I have twins!) with three years senior-care giving experience. I began working as a caregiver when a family friend asked me to care for her mostly chair/wheel-chair bound mother who was living with dementia. Typical days included reading (I read my client books, newspapers, personal mail), meal preparation, light house work, bathing, dressing, grooming, bathroom assistance, & exercise routine. I transported my client to doctor's appointments and immunotherapy, & provided written summaries of doctor's advice to the family. I tested blood sugar levels, administered insulin shots & other medications. I have also cared for a mentally-competent senior with severe osteoporosis who was chair/wheelchair bound. In addition, I have professional work experience as an office manager and paralegal (I'm a detail person!) so I know how to track expenditures, medication schedules, dietary requirements, etc. I am an upbeat and dedicated companion.

Dianna was an outstanding caregiver and companion to my 85 yr old mother. She attended to all my mother's physical and medical needs: helped her with mobility, took her to dr appointments, made her meals, ensured she took her meds/vitamins, did light chores (laundry, dishes) and was extremely professional. When my mom had visitors, Dianna knew instinctively when to stay close to help my mom and when to give space so my mother could enjoy her guests. Dianna was 100% reliable - never late. She was respectful and patient, even when my mother was having her worst challenges (physically and emotionally). Dianna took copious notes when my mom was at a dr. appointment or had physical therapy, and sent them promptly to me so I felt like I had been present. Dianna is extremely intelligent and anticipates needs well. My mother improved significantly with Dianna care, and is now more mobile and independent. I highly recommend Dianna as a caregiver.
