After completion of an A. A. degree in Early Childhood Education, I went on to complete the standard teacher preparation, and obtained my CA Teaching Credential for preschool-12th grade. My teaching career began in a preschool setting for several years. My experience with children has been wide and includes in home nanny, nursery worker, tutoring for K-8th grade, substituting grades preschool-8th, as well as assistant directorship in school based after school programs. My full-time work in this county was at the K-2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade levels.
