My health care experience is 11 yrs as of Jan 2024. Private duty for 4 years. Hospital for 2 years. The most recent work was with VNA Hospice & Palative Care for 5 years. Worked with patients with needing assistance with showering and feeding. Hoyer lift experience. Worked with patients who were diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer's, COPD, Stoke & Parkinson's. Medication administering. Breathing treatments. No longer working in healthcare clinical settings. I'm now providing one on one care, which is what I enjoy the most & feel is most beneficial for the patient as well as patients' loved ones.

Diane was a godsend! We were so fortunate to have found her at the right time when we had a family emergency and needed someone to care for my bedridden stepfather asap. We were exhausted and running out of family members to help cover while mom was hospitalized since most of us are not local in the area, Diane was able to step in and take the reins and attend to everything without needing much guidance which was a huge stress relief for us. She continued to be flexible through entire process as our schedules and needs changed. When I first introduced her to my stepdad, she immediately sat next to him at eye level, rubbed his arms like they were chummy pals. She asked him what foods and shows he liked. She assured him they were going to have some fun together. I admired her approach because it made him feel like he was her longtime friend, rather than a sick patient. She was very warm and caring towards my stepdad through the entire process. We could not have asked for a better caregiver and felt we really hit the jackpot. Diane is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and very enjoyable to be around. Not only does she bring a lot of medical experience but also the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to make my stepfather more comfortable during his final days. Once my mom was home, she was still recovering and continued to enlist Diane’s services which included caring for both parents, cooking, cleaning, and organizing the house. She is self-motivated and will find plenty of things to keep herself busy no matter what. I would highly recommend Diane and we are hoping to keep her on part-time basis if her schedule permits.
