The patients I have cared for include those with all stages of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Cardiovascular Disease, Respiratory Disease, Cancer and Hospice. My patients get an individual care plan geared to their specific physical and psychological needs. If mobility is an issue, I try to bring in exercises that will hope to help the patients overall well-being. Psychologically , I discuss with patient/ family the mental health needs and if I can be of assistance. Personal care, bathing, dressing and meal prep are all important parts of the plan. Companionship and hobbies will be discussed. I look forward to working with families that need assistance.
