As a former Educator, Executive Recruiter and House Manager, I've found organizational and managerial skills are instrumental to success in any field. My roles have revolved around service, relationships and operational protocols. I have a Master's degree, strong moral compass and thrive in households that need support with childcare, calendering, meal prep and staff/household management. I am loyal, dependable responsive, communicative and enjoy helping families keep ahead of the curve. I believe it is important to be loving and gentle, to providing structure and opportunity, and to facilitate healthy habits in regard exercise and nutrition. I am available M-F from 8 to 3.

Diane was the absolute best. My daughter was about 5.5 months when we started with Diane. This being my first child I was nervous to leave her with anyone. Diane approached both me and daughter with patience, a sense of calm and understanding. She took the time to learn my daughters’ signs and what she needed. Naturally my daughter cried when I left but after the first week or 2 that got better, and I believe that was because Diane quickly learned how to soothe her. Each morning when Diane would walk in my daughter got so excited to see her, they bonded very quickly. My daughter was very fussy and refused to stay in a wet diaper, so Diane made sure to check her often and change her as many times as needed. My daughter was not a napper, but Diane always got her to her nap and some how started to get her to fall asleep on her own! She made sure my daughter did her tummy time and got all her play time in. My daughter was in occupational therapy for torticollis. I would relay the things we learned in therapy to Diane, and she would implement them in her routine, helping her with rolling, and sitting up, reaching and grabbing equally with both hands, etc. She took her for walks to the park down the street almost daily, so long as weather permitted. I am beyond grateful for Diane. She made me feel comfortable and confident in going back to work knowing my baby was left with someone I could trust. While our time with her may have been short, she will always be extremely important to my husband and I. We were very blessed to have found her, and I am so grateful that she was first person to look after my baby,
