Willing to negotiate the configuration of hours to accommodate the family's schedule. Finding the right fit, working together, & and communication between parents AND the nanny IS extremely important to me. When that all comes together, it's a rewarding & absolutely wonderful experience for the parents, the child, and the nanny.
