About Diana

Hello! I am a graduate in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Medical Anthropology taking a gap year to gain more experience before applying to medical school! During college I was a PCA in a pre-med program, and worked over 1200 hours of hands on geriatric caregiving while being a full time student. Additionally, as a volunteer at nursing homes and hospice centers I have provided emotional support and companionship to dozens of residents. I plan to work in geriatric care with a specialization in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. I believe that being a companion caregiver will make a significant impact in people's lives by providing them with emotional and physical support.
