About Diana

Hello, I have over 18 years of experience in child care with ages 2 months- 13 years old. I have worked in classrooms, as a live-in nanny, and as a part time baby sitter for parents who need a refreshing night out. I also have experience working with children and adults who have special needs. Many families I have cared for do have pets in the home so I am comfortable with friendly family pets. I have a degree in developmental psychology and I believe that creativity and engagement is important for children, so crafts and imagination are my go-to! It is important to find a good balance of play and work. I enjoy light house keeping to make sure shared spaces are well kept of clutter and mess. I encourage children to participate in tidying of their own belongings in shared spaces to promote routine and foster basic life skills. Caregiving comes naturally to me and I would love the opportunity to care for your family.
