I like caring for seniors because it allows me to learn from their experiences and gain a deeper understanding of different perspectives, working with older adults grew my compassion and empathy as I assist them with challenges for them and struggles, but most of all I approach them with the same level of kindness and respect and attention to their needs as I would give to a close prioritizing their comfort and well-being above anything else I'm looking for a job that allows me to connect with people In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family One thing you should know about me is I am 23 years old. I have been working with seniors for about seven years. I started off being a waitress at a senior facility home for about two years and then I switched to caregiving and have been doing that since I've worked with kids with autism and down syndrome and adults from 20 to 95 years old. My skills include making other feel safe and comfortable around me
