Diana worked with us for about 8 months. She was good when she worked but totally unreliable. We often got messages 6am in the morning saying that she won't come. We asked her again and again to communicate with us clearly about her absences, and allow us to make alternative arrangements. In the end she stopped coming without any notice. We cannot get a hold of her because she blocked our phones I believe. It is shocking behavior from someone we treated as family and we put up with all the unreliability aspect. At this point I am hoping that she will return our car seat at the very least.
