I'm a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With over 12 years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from infants to teens. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, building strong and trusting relationships. Clear and open communication is key to my approach, and I believe in providing regular updates to parents to keep them involved in their child's day. Comfortable enforcing household rules, I maintain a balance between structure and flexibility to ensure a harmonious environment for the children in my care. I hold a bachelor and master degree from FSU and have completed CPR training. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish. In regards of my career, I have over +3 years of experience as a Teacher for the Blind.
