About Diamond

I've been caring for children since I was a teenager, as the eldest sister of four and as a babysitter during my undergrad. I've always enjoyed being around children and helping them learn and grow. My experience and passion for childcare, combined with my college degree and coursework in early child development, make me an ideal caregiver. I believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment in which to thrive. That is why I chose to become a part time childcare provider; I want to contribute my skill set to keeping children safe and making a positive impact on their lives. My friends describe me as down to earth, calm, patient, and warm. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call.
