This year will make 14 years as an experienced certified nursing assistant! I have dementia, and Alzheimer's experience heavily in memory care. I have my RBT license which allows me to work with developmental disabilities and clients with autism. I am med tech certified so I am able to help with med pass with no issues. I worked long term care for 7 years in a total care facility which I assisted with bathing, feeding, Ambulation, check/change, activities and field trips. I worked the last 4 years in impatient psych with developmental disability, and clients facing mental health issues! After gaining all my experience in hospital and nursing settings I went independent and create my own contracts. I am a very dedicated individual with a lot of experience to offer.

I have coordinated care for my parents for two years and now, currently, I coordinate care for my mother-in-law. I have hired many caregivers. Some do the minimum and spend much of the time on their phone, which I've learned to accept. But occasionally, you find someone who is willing to go beyond their professional obligations and truly take an interest in the people they are helping. Diamond is such a caregiver. She is dependable, fun, patient, long-suffering, and caring.
