About Diamond

Hi my name is Dia. I come with over 10 years in childcare experience. I fell in love with childhood development at the ripe age of 18 as a preschool teacher and have since dedicated my life to working with children and families in a number of roles to ensure their safety and development is occurring at the appropriate pace. I do hold a law degree from a leading university specific to Child Law and Policy, and I am currently in the process of completing a Phd focused on Infant and Childhood development with an Emphasis on Infant and Perinatal Mental Health. I also do have a full time job as the Director of Operations of a small non profit of which supports adoptive families through wraparound services. However, my schedule is flexible and I miss working with youth directly. Finally I am certified in CPR, First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, Healing Centered Engagement, Montessori Core Principles, and more I would love to spend time with your babies :)
