With 1 year of experience, working at Discover Point, I've discovered that my patient, creative, and friendly demeanor fosters a warm and engaging environment for children to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring their preferred rules are followed during this time. I firmly believe in the importance of enforcing household rules to provide children with a structured and safe environment. My approach to playtime includes a variety of activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles. I possess some college education and have completed CPR training and First Aid certification. I am also comfortable working with pets and have access to a car for any necessary transportation.
