Dez has been so wonderful to have as our nanny. I feel like she is an extension of me when she cares for my son. She is very attentive to him and is very observant. If there is anything worth being concerned about, she makes sure to bring it to my attention. I've been proactive with finding resources for my baby when it comes to development because he is a little delayed in his milestones. Knowing this is a concern of mine, Dez has been so great with focusing on areas I want to work on with him and giving more effort than she has to. This is the first time we’ve had a nanny and I worried I would have a hard time finding someone I trusted and to my surprise I found that so easy with Dez. My son absolutely loves her and we are forever grateful to the time we’ve had with her.
