I recently just moved to North Carolina and I am looking to transfer to what I enjoy most , that's helping and caring for kids/adults with special needs. I have been a behavioral coach for a year . Working with kids ages 2-5. The children were all different , verbal, non-verbal , couldn't walk, behaviors, seizures , communicating , potty training needed , home behaviors and more. I work with families and clients to learn how to communicate and teach them things based off of their ISP goals & targets families need worked on. I'm a Maryland State EMT, worked with all diversity's and different disorders and needs that might be given attention to. I enjoy what I do and I would love to have the opportunity to make a difference. I will provide learning activities that I will create during my case management time. I will provide sensory items depending on what the child prefers for calming techniques. I will provide my ABA knowledge to the child & family.
