About Dezarae

I am a CNA and specialized in hospice, Alzheimer's dementia, and Complete Brain Injury. I absolutely loved caring for my patients. After 3 years I found that I just couldn't work with people in that stage of life. You see when I care for someone I put my heart and soul into it and when they would pass my heart broke each time. Sadly I quit. I cried 4 days out of a 6 day schedule. My supervisor said I cared too much. (I'm not really sure what she meant by saying that by whatever) I wanted to help seniors just at a different stage in their life. I enjoy helping others, I feel like it's so rewarding! To be the person that helps mom or dad or grandma or grandpa conquer the tasks that just have become too hard, dangerous or whatever the reason it gives me a sense of purpose and that is by far one of best feelings in the world!
