About Devin

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, comical and calming. I like working with animals because they understand me better than people sometimes. I find that almost every animal I have ever own or taken care of in some capacity immediately bond with me and feel comfortable. I was always told I am very relatable and I have learned animals feel the same way about me. I'm looking for a job that helps both the customer, furry family member and myself. Animals bring me peace and I bond very easily with them. It's therapy for my soul. I started working with animals when I was in recovery from PTSD 4 years ago from a trauma situation. Animal therapy saved my life. In my spare time, I like to garden, write poetry and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I spent many years bartending before my trauma and I find I can relate to anyone and you'll certainly be inviting me over for Sunday dinners in no time :D My skills include awareness, patience, and animal handling.
