About Devin

With seven years of diverse childcare experience, a master's degree in elementary education, and a bachelor's degree in psychology, I feel I am a highly-qualified candidate. I value positive reinforcement, modeling, independence, research-based and developmentally-appropriate play, recreation, structure, routine, and much more. I pursue hobbies like cooking, music, photography, hiking, camping, and am always looking to try something new. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and keeping a clean space. I feel I could be an asset to families through not only child care, but in any other area they need assistance with. In previous experiences, I have worked as a second and fifth grade teacher, have substitute taught all age levels, I've worked in preschools and daycares, and I've worked with individuals with disabilities both in care positions and as an employment specialist. Though I am currently searching for a full-time nanny position, I hope to open a parent coaching business one day.
