I've had the opportunity to witness Devika work in a professional manner as an educator as well as a more personal view as a care taker for my child. She communicates effectively, intentionally offers valuable input, adheres to family values and guidelines, and overall shows an enthusiastic desire to help for the greater cause. Her personality can be described as lively, enthusiastic, solution- oriented, goal focused, team player, nurturing and every other positive adjective you can think gather! On a professional level, I've worked with Devika as a educator and have seen her relentlessly advocate for the educational needs of her students and the overall well-being of her colleagues. She formed bonds with not only her students, but siblings, families and administration. On a personal level, Devika helped my family navigate as first time parents as we transitioned back into our full time work roles. She is attentive, nurturing, and fun- loving with our toddler. Overall 10/10!
