About Destiny

I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master's Degree in Social Work, and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Child Welfare and Attendance. I have worked in an array of school districts throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Prior to my graduate experience, I earned a B. S. from the University of La Verne in Sociology. I was employed as a substitute for four years in two different districts. I have ample experience in elementary and junior high schools. Along with tutoring, there is the option of providing school social work services. This includes an assessment of your child on their social and emotional well being. If it is determined that your child can benefit from school counseling, then a treatment plan can be discussed.
