I'd describe myself as outgoing, cheerful, and friendly. Working with children brings me immense joy, inspired by their energy, curiosity, and creativity. Childcare is more than a job for me, it's a calling to enhance growth, make a difference, and build meaningful connections. I began working with children at 16 in my grandmother's in-home daycare, where I developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. At 17, I worked in a daycare, further solidifying my passion for nurturing children's growth. Over the years, I've gained experience with kids of all ages, adapting my approach to their unique personalities. I strive to create structured yet fun environments that encourage learning and exploration. I'm skilled in activity planning, organization, problem solving, and maintaining open communication with families. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my son, cooking, and reading.
