As a caregiver, my passion for supporting families and providing reliable childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong and trusting relationships with both children and parents. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. Regarding household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly. I understand that structure and boundaries are essential for children's well-being and development. In terms of activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of games that cater to their interests and age groups.
