Currently, I lead a group of 8 infants, overseeing their feeding schedules, sleep routines, and daily age-appropriate activities designed to support key developmental milestones. I work closely with families to ensure smooth transitions and open communication, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both infants and parents. My approach is rooted in providing individualized care that promotes the well-being and progress of each child. I am currently seeking a full time Nanny role where I can apply these skills!
