About Destiny

I like working with kids because it's a chance for me to be a kid myself. I enjoy being a good memory in a child's life and also a safe spot for them. I have a 5 year of my own, and every kiddo I am responsible for is treated like my own. I started working with kids in 2020 when I moved to the east coast! I worked at a day care first, then went to be an educator at the Goddard School in Hanover, Maryland. At Goddard, I accomplished my infant and toddler 90- hour course. I also am CPR certified. I mostly worked with babies and helped them get to their developmental goals within the first two years. One thing you should know about me is I will be your child's friend. What I enjoy most about caregiving is the bond that's formed between me and the child. I love knowing that they are excited to be with me, and not dreading it. When I was younger I didn't have the best babysitters, so I always aim to at least make sure they had fun with me
