Destiny is a rare gem of a nanny! We hired her when our wee one was 3 months. I was (and still am) a nervous new mom and very anxious about going back to work leaving my son in someone's care. Destiny was the perfect fit for me. She was very conscious and extremely knowledgeable about newborn care, healthy development, and the importance of routine. She has helped us tremendously with initiating a routine for our little one. She an excellent communicator which made it a dream come true to work with her. Destiny has been a pillar or stability in this often challenging first year for our family. We couldn't be happier with her as our nanny!
