I'm aware of how to handle tantrums properly along with getting their creative minds going with activities. I believe in kids playing and not just giving them technology to "settle down." I've been around babies and kids my whole life, so it is easy for me to pick up their eating habits, attitudes and behavior very quickly. I try to understand each individual kid instead of generalizing their needs since everyone is uniquely different. My cousin is autistic so I'm aware of handling special needs and making sure they learn and hold just as much confidence as anyone else. I'm an artist so arts and crafts and imagination is big for me when playing with the kids. I respect and enforce any special directions from the parents in a fun engaging manner. (:

She can really do anything around the house, perfect nanny material. She cleans till it's spotless, she is fantastic with kids, and has a knack for animals. She really puts her heart into her work and it definitely shows with exemplary quality. I would honestly rehire her in an instant
