I'm grateful every day for having found someone who loves spending time with my son and who has become such an important member of our family.Her experience with children has helped us as first time parents navigate new developments. For example, she helped us set a daytime routine with fixed feeding, nap, and play/park times. She also taught us new ways to do bath time and was the one who encouraged my son to walk (and documented his first steps in video for us!). She always offers her help and has gone above and beyond numerous times, including coming in early, doing the baby's laundry, doing chores around the house, taking amazing pictures of Luca for us, and even feeding my dog in the mornings we forget (mornings with baby's are hectic!). A someone with very high standards, I'm continuously impressed with Destinee's professionalism, work ethic and reliability --I can say without exaggeration that she's never been late and gives ample notice when she needs time off. We love her!
