Hi! I'm Destenee, a 26-year-old grad student at TTU. I've worked in child care since 18 year of age. My first job was at a summer camp and after school program, YWCAre. There I worked with children aged 8-12. My second job experience was at a daycare. I worked with children aged infants to 5 years old. There I assisted with potty-training, teaching letters and number as well as basics about animals and home objects. I worked in nap rooms for ages 2-4 and did light cleaning in the classroom. I have since then gained social work experience working by with families and have dreams to become an LMFT to help parents build their ideal family relationships. I truly have a love for children and love pouring into others.
