Hi! I am EEC certified as an infant, toddler, and preschool teacher. I am the oldest out of 5 children and started my first babysitting job at 14. I have worked at a daycare for 7 years. I was a paraprofessional in three public schools for deaf education and special needs education. I have experiences nannying twins. I have implemented activities that support the development of gross and fine motor skills. I provided activities and opportunities that encouraged curiosity, exploration, and problem solving appropriate to the development levels of the children. I attended to the personal hygiene of children, including changing diapers or soiled clothing and washing hands, prepared meals and fed the children as required. I completed my Bachelors Degree program in Child, Family, and Community studies at Merrimack College in August of 2017.

Desiree started with us when our daughter was only eight weeks old and stayed with us until she started daycare. She was absolutely amazing. She was great with our daughter.. loving, protective and responsible. She was engaged and educational. She taught her baby sign language. She was also extremely organized and kept a detailed baby tracker. My husband and I have crazy work schedules as healthcare professionals and she was very flexible, coming in very early and staying late. She was very supportive and accommodating during multiple moves. We also have two very energetic dogs and she was wonderful and helpful with both of them. I would highly recommend Desiree
