I worked as a nursing assistant from the age of 17 to 24. I worked with Alzheimer's patients. I continued on to work with animals for several years before I moved back to Pennsylvania and took care of my 92-year-old grandmother for four years until she passed away. I did all the shopping and meal prep for my grandmother. I also took her to all her appointments and helped her with her meds, oxygen and bathing.
