I am a mother of two college age kids and I have been a nanny for the last five years. Besides my own experience with my children, I have provided care for a few families, and spent the past year with a lovely family that had two little girls. I provide transportation to and from school and extracurricular activities and attend play dates. I also like to take small day trips to places like the zoo and splash parks when the weather permits and at the parents discretion. I prepare meals and assist with bath time when needed. I am available overnight on weekends or for extended time in the family home with reasonable notice. I am also happy to do light housework when asked. I am a pet friendly nanny and the care I provide is extended to the pets that are in the home and I will happily take your dog out for their walk and check on them when the family is away. I would love to meet another family that looking for someone who is trustworthy and dependable to help take care of their little loved ones.

I am writing this letter in support of Desiree C. She has been with us three years, since our son was two months old and it is heartbreaking for us to let her go, but our son is going to go to full time preschool in the fall. We would honestly keep her forever if we could! I trust Desiree with my son's life. She is safe, careful, and would honestly lay down her life for him. He loves her and she loves him. She takes him on field trips and visits me at work when I'm missing him or knows I'll be working late. She is gentle and patient with him, and always brings him a little gift or something thoughtful. She will be as personal in your home as you like, or respect your boundaries. She's also funny and warm, and if you appreciate developing a more personal relationship, she's a great person to know. I really can't say enough about Desiree. I'm happy to give a reference over the phone if you get to that point:)
