I'm an enthusiastic, compassionate and strong individual looking to utilize my skills as a private home health care aid/caregiver/personal assistant. I have 30 plus years of experience with seniors and young adults with disabilities and have knowledge of the Hoyer lift, transfers, C-pap and nebulizer treatments. I currently hold a CNA and CPR / First Aid certification as well a Co-vid immunization card. I will assist with ADL's such as bathing, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands doctor's appointments, transportation, med management and reminders and help with incontinence issues. I will assist on mobility issues as well as daily exercise and stretching if needed. I follow infection control as well as safety and sanitation procedures. I will communicate with family members on status of any health issues that may occur and document any changes . I will provide a safe and clean environment.
