We hired Dennise. she applied for work with us. We had a trial day and we both we're happy. Then we scheduled 9 more days with her per her request. She planned on leaving her old job to work for us full time. She asked for 35-40 hours. We offered her hours she asked for, worked around her kids schedule. Even I offered her more than she asked. She then was not responding to my messages. She then cancelled the shifts we scheduled with her without notice and left us in a difficult position because of last minute cancellation. Reliability is important. And she is not reliable or responsible as she stated! I'm 34 weeks pregnant with high risk pregnancy. And she gave me hope that she'd be helping us. But then she canceled without notice. So beware everyone she doesn't seem like a good fit to care for others.
