About Dennise

My name is Dennise and I am 26 years old. I graduated from PLNU in San Diego with a degree. I have always had a great passion for helping others, which drove me to study psychology and child development. With the tools and resources I received from my studies, I have been able to positively and competently carry out my duties in the positions I have worked and been in. I have had the pleasure of taking part in many different care-giving, leadership, and teaching positions. These jobs have helped me develop great qualities and skills like patience, flexibility, honesty, positive, empathy, open-mindedness, attentiveness, and diversity-mindedness. I am a skilled and compassionate tutor with experience working with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. This past year, I worked abroad with the Peace Corps in Myanmar in the education sector. I had the opportunity to teach alongside local teachers for a year and together we implemented and taught student-centered lesson
