She is very thorough, very organized. She treated my child like her own and I would always trust her with my child again. She completes all tasks in a timely manner, she always picks up and helps me out without me even asking. She really is a god sent. You won't regret working with her. I followed my parenting style and respects the way I do it. Working with her is really easy.
