The first interaction with Denise was amazing. We were excited to hire her to take care of my father-in-law. She wasn't intimidated by his personality or extreme messiness. We even offered her near double her asking rate, we were so impressed. The first time she cleaned was amazing as well. Then she started not showing up when she said she would. She took his laundry to wash then went out of town and kept his laundry for a couple weeks. She would reschedule repeatedly. Then it seemed she was charging for time she wasn't there cleaning. She charged us today for 4 hours when she was there only 2 hours. We believe she has been doing this the whole time as my father-in-law would say she wasn't there long. It's a shame people are willing to steal from an 85 year old veteran. Especially when we went out of our way to go above and beyond for her.
