About Denise

Hello! I'm Denise, a recent Bachelor in Social Work graduate! My first job at 15 years old was for Manasota Beach Club, in their daycare program. Through this, I was also hired privately by parents due to my skills of creating a rapport with their children, and being a personable and reliable individual. I have worked for the Children Museum of Naples, where I served as a counselor and guide. Moreover, I have been dog sitting since the age of 12. Since August of 2021-May 2022, I worked for Accelerated Learning Solutions, in which I provided emotional and mental health support for at-risk youth of the SWFL region. I have also traveled to the Dominican Republic and worked for a Social Service agency, that provides many services to the children of Santiago de los Caballeros, DR. Moving forward, I plan on attending Florida Atlantic University in August, in efforts of receiving my Master's degree, and working as a School Social Worker and in Child Welfare.
