Hire Denise! We can't say enough about Denise. If you are checking her references, don't hesitate to call us. We've had 4+ nannies in the past 4 1/2 yrs. Denise did so much for us!! She's tidy, helped with so much around the house, our kids organize and clean just to follow her lead. Her cooking is outstanding! Most importantly, she dazzled our children with tons of outside play daily, brought paint brushes, small canvas' and crafting tools each week, reads books, encourages growth and exploration through play. She taught our 1yr old to say please and thank you when asking for things. Denise herself has a huge heart, kind and asked how we prefer to discipline, can be firm if needed. Some nannies, in the past allowed our children to run the show, that gets tricky. Denise asked before assuming and once comfortable things ran very smoothly. Our needs suddenly changed when my husband decided to open up his own practice, however we will be calling her to babysit!!
