About Kelsey

Hello, my name is Kelsey! Originally from Orlando FL, I hold a Degree in Theatre Arts from Rollins College (go tars!). I started working with children around the age of 13 by volunteering in after school programs in my local community theatres. For the past 10 years I have cared for children of all ages. And for the past 7 years I have been a Teaching Artist at many Theatre's in the Tri-State area! Where I have the privilege of sharing my passion for art and theatre with them. My main focus whenever around kiddos is to focus on the development of confidence and empathy through showcasing that myself. I believe in the use of positive reinforcement and allowance for experimentation and imagination. I hope that once they become adults that my time with them has helped them become confident, responsible, life-long learners. With me you can always trust your kids will be loved and shown empathy for them as if they were my own - and always having a blast, making sure every activity fun!
