About Denise

Hello! I am currently working towards becoming a dental assistant with about four years of childcare experience both on and off care. com. I'm happy to help with housekeeping, cooking, carpooling, and homework! I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. I like to joke that the only people I have patience for is kids! I also love to inspire and make them laugh by asking for their help with my art and writing projects. I love to organize games, activities, and I thrive on the unexpected! I find it both fun and rewarding to adapt my caregiving style to their unique needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I've taken college coursework in early child development and psychology. I believe in open communication and I always follow the parents' preferred communication method and take their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I firmly believe I can make a positive impact on them!
