I've been a nanny for three years now and am a very organized, attentive, and patient person. I provide light housekeeping, meal prep, can design schedules for the children, and incorporate the Montessori approach into my daily activities. I've also worked with a speech therapist for toddlers who are nonverbal or have not yet reached their communicative milestone. But most of all i'm here to encourage safety, fun, growth and I will always treat your child like they're one of my own.

Denijay was timely and super sweet and patient with my baby. I could tell she cared deeply about creating a safe and welcoming environment for baby to get comfortable. We hired her for a M-Th job after a trial run/ interview, which went pretty well. She quit at the end of the first day via text message, thanking me for the opportunity, and stating that she was not the right fit. She did not respond to my request to talk about it or see what I could do to improve the experience. I have no idea what we could have done that was so egregious that she felt the need to abandon the job. This put me in a terrible position for my first week at my new job. As a caregiver, I think she's great. As far as communication and reliability, maybe not.
