About Demeter

As a nurturing caregiver with over 5 years experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly nature creates a safe and engaging environment for children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's written daily reports or verbal communication at pickup. I prioritize safety, completing both my First Aid and CPR Training. I also hold a college degree in Early Childhood Education and have completed coursework in trauma informed care. This educational background, coupled with my hands-on experience, allows me to provide enriching activities that promote learning through play. I'm comfortable caring for up to 5 children and am capable with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak some French.
