Over the past 15 years, I have cleaned empty apartments between rentals, community center, apartment hallways, condos and private residence. I am very detailed, actually like to clean and am reliable. I presently clean two houses in the area weekly and apartment hallways every two weeks and looking to add one or two more houses. I don't really have a preference on supplies and equipment, but can supply either, including a floor steamer. I do charge $15 an hour and prefer a weekly routine. References available.
