I became a childcare provider because I'm passionate about helping children grow and thrive. With three years of experience as a summer camp counselor at Elementary, I discovered my love for caring for kids and supporting families. I worked closely with my supervisor and often took charge in her absence, organizing games, ensuring kids were fed, and handling emergencies. I also earned CPR and Stop the Bleed certifications to be prepared for any situation. As a patient and creative person, I focus on creating a safe and nurturing space where children feel supported. I prioritize communication with parents, using their preferred methods to provide updates and address concerns.
