About Della

I'd describe my personality as fun, loving, straightforward, and honest. I like caring for seniors because they deserve so much, they've done for others when they were able to, now it's their turn. I little patience, compassion and understanding go a long way. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help others in a respectful, compassionate manner and, hopefully become a friend as well. I started caring for seniors when I began helping a gentleman in my neighborhood and he actually suggested for me to go and get my CNA license. That was about 10 years ago. In my spare time, I like to cook and eat. I work outside in the garden and visit with friends. One thing you should know about me is I love animals and I stop and smell the roses. My skills include Sit to stand, Hoyer lift as well as gait belt. I have experience working on a skilled floor with resident's that have memory issues as well as Parkinson's.
