About Delise M

Hi my name is Delise, and I have had a love for caring for children ever since I could remember. I went to Monty Tech High School, which is a trade school and this allowed me to learn how to teach and care for children, ages newborn through pre-k. Through other opportunities outside of school, I got the chance to work with school age children as well. I now have a good understanding of what children need and the developmentally appropriate ages in which they should learn these skills. I am patient, nurturing, and easily adapt to each child's needs because I understand what works for one does not work for all. I have recently worked in a private home as a nanny and really enjoyed that experience. Although it was bittersweet when she went to kindergarten, I am grateful for the opportunity to care for her and can't wait to do the same for my next family!
