I highly recommend Delight Ager. Delight was employed by me as an Office Manager while she attended Renton Technical College full-time. Delight was responsible for all aspects of office support including: managing and training new work study students that I employed, maintaining online programs used in the program such as Canvas and MyITLab, quality control, word processing, scheduling and reminding me of appointments and created schedules and other office documents required. Delight has excellent communication and management skills. In addition; she is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. Delight works independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done accurately and in a timely manner. She not only completed her work but oversaw my work study employees making sure they completed their work accurately and in a timely manner. She is flexible and willing to work on any project that was assigned. Delight was quick to volunteer and assist in other areas of company operations as well. Delight would be a tremendous asset for your company and has my highest recommendation.
