During our phone screening Delicia said she would need to bring her laptop to work so she could continue working for the VA while providing care for my elderly mother. She needed to stay logged in on her lab top during the day. So, I guess she wants to get paid by the VA and our family at the same time... I was not okay with that and did not continue with an interview.
